I am a grant specialist in the Office of Sponsored Programs. I have a situation in which a faculty member is the PI on an active P-O-C/P award and is submitting an ITRS NOI as well as being listed as “Other Investigator” on another faculty member’s P-o-C/P NOI for this cycle.
