Only tenured or tenure track faculty employed on a full-time basis . . .” are eligible. Is this a typo or the intent to have different eligibility criteria for the ITRS/P-o-C/P and RCS programs?

The goals and objectives varies among the R&D programs and therefore the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for the ITRS/P-o-C/P and RCS programs are correctly stated.
