For the RCS (1-year), when we request equipment, we have to provide a 25% cash match. If we include academic salary this is considered cash by the university, does this satisfy the requirement?

No. The 25% minimum cash match must be provided towards the purchase of the equipment. The Support Fund will provide up to 75% of the equipment cost.
